Heroes Total Wellness is the world’s premier rehabilitation and wellness center for U.S. disabled military veterans living abroad. Located in the serene coastal city of Pattaya, Thailand, our state-of-the-art facility delivers world-class medical excellence, advanced rehabilitation therapies, and compassionate care, all with the highest level of respect and gratitude for those who served. Future locations in the Philippines, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico will expand this standard of excellence worldwide.

How to Get Started:
To access our free services, you must be registered with the Foreign Medical Program (FMP). Follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Foreign Medical Program form. (Providing your Social Security Number is sufficient; a VA Claim File Number is not required.)
- Sign and date the form.
- Email the completed form to hac.fmp@va.gov.
- Allow 4-6 weeks for your registration to be processed.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the FMP. Be sure to bring this confirmation to your first visit.
